The Equity Technical Assistance (TA) Team within the Office of Health Equity (OHE) developed the 2023 Organizational Assessment for Equity Infrastructure Results Report. The purpose of the Organizational Assessment for Equity Infrastructure is for Local Health Jurisdictions (LHJs) to continue dialogue, monitor progress, and implement changes for equity infrastructure. The results report gives an overview of the 2023 Organizational Assessment findings and highlights. Comparisons between 2022 and 2023 results provide insight on LHJ development and the success of equity technical assistance since the Baseline Assessment was administered one year ago in 2022. Findings from these organizational assessments will continue to shape equity capacity building at the local, regional, and state level, guide the Equity TA Team technical assistance services, and inform the State Health Equity Plan (SHEP).
